Banqueting and Parties - The Heritage Suite - capacity is 200

This is the hotel's main function room and is perfect for large parties and formal dinners (up to 175 guests). The Heritage Suite is totally self-contained with its own entrance from the car park, private bar area, separate toilet facilities and air conditioning. The room has a portable dance floor for discos and parties which can be removed for formal dinners. Should you require a larger area, the Heritage Suite opens up into the Watershed Restaurant & Bar by means of larger folding doors.

Hire charges for the Heritage Suite

• Full day or full Evening hire, where no catering is required  £400.00
• Finger buffet for an evening function (minimum catering numbers 40)   £175.00
• No room hire is charged when a formal three course dinner is booked (minimum catering numbers 50)
• We are able to cater for a maximum guest capacity of up to 175 guests. Please contact us for quotes regarding larger parties.

The Bonehurst Suite and Garden

This room is ideal for smaller parties, private dinners and Christenings. The room is self-contained with private bar facilities, is fully air conditioned and has Patio doors opening into a small secluded garden for you and your guests to enjoy. We offer background music but the room is unsuitable for a disco. The maximum capacity for a formal private dinner in this room is 25 and the maximum capacity for an informal small party is 60.

Hire charges for the Bonehurst Suite

• Full Day or full Evening hire £100.00 
• No room hire is charged when a formal three course dinner is booked (minimum catering numbers 25)
